Safety, efficiency and environmental friendliness — all in one package.

When Ixolift set out to develop the next generation of the personnel lifter, the goal was to do something that was not yet on the market: genuinely maintenance-free, fully electric and ecologically sustainable solution for working at low altitudes. The solution was found in cooperation with LP Group.

From collaborative product development to serial production

LP Group's role in the development of the IXOLIFT X510 product family was not limited to manufacturing — the Nummelan factory has been involved from the details of the design of the device. The comprehensive cooperation has made it possible to make the product as compact, user-friendly and safe as Ixolift's customers expect.

“LP Group quickly realized what we were aiming for: a clean-built, hydraulic-free and maintenance-free lift, which is also suitable for demanding environments such as hospitals and the food industry,” says Johan Friis, Ixolift's CEO.

New in the safety of standard work environments

The X510 and X510 PRO models are the first fully electric, maintenance-free and regenerative personal lifts on the market. The hoist automatically charges its battery when the lift basket is lowered, which improves energy efficiency and extends uptime — up to three working days on a single charge.

Electric drive eliminates the risk of oil spills and reduces the need for maintenance -- a feature that is critical, for example, in cleanrooms.

“This is a machine that saves time and energy — literally. It was great to be able to develop a device that combines technical quality, safety and durability in such a tangible way,” explains the project manager of LP Group Jan Lindholmwho has been in charge of the Ixolift production project in Nummela.

Made in Finland — components from Europe

X510 products are manufactured in parts of LP Group's Nummela plant. All the most critical components, such as drive motors and control systems, come from European manufacturers — for example engines from Italy. This guarantees security of supply, quality and maintenance-friendliness throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Collaboration that builds the future

The launch of the X510 has attracted interest across Europe — including in the logistics, property maintenance and retail sectors. The cooperation between Ixolift and LP Group will continue to be close with regard to future models and further development.

“This is an example of what happens when the Finnish engineering industry and customer-oriented product development join forces,” concludes LP Group CEO Karitimgren.
