Let's Learn Chinese DL (Deluxe Version) package is a 3-CD pack which contains one computer CD-ROMs and two digital Audio companion CD. This 3-CD pack is developed to help English speakers, Spanish speakers and Chinese speakers learn to understand, read, write, typing and speak Chinese quickly and easily.

In all languages, reading and writing are entirely separate skills. Everyone, even native speakers, must make special efforts to acquire reading and writing skills, and the Chinese language is no exception.

Self-paced Self-guided Training - Learning Modules

You start off in Part I, which is devoted to Chinese character fundamentals: the stroke and radical. You will practice and learn more than 200 Chinese characters as radicals, most of which will appear later as components of more complex Chinese. By learning these various components, students will facilitate the process of learning more complex Chinese.

In Part II, you begin to learn writing and reading Chinese. You will practice and learn more than 400 basic Chinese characters, and 1,200 phrases - which show students how to put Chinese character together in the context of example phrases.

You can use this audio CD to refresh what you learned after using the Let's Learn Together Chinese. The recordings have been specially designed to develop your Cantonese (a major Chinese dialect) vocabulary. This is also a two-directional audio CD: English - Cantonese, Cantonese - English. Which means Cantonese speakers may use this audio CD to learn English.
